About Regina Ray
Regina Ray is a down-to earth priestess, mystic, wild woman, creatress and alchemist while being a mom of two home birthed kids. AS a creative core activation mentor, she supports women. In her Queen leadership programs, she helps women step into their power as creative entrepreneurs and healers. She has been leading sacred Sunday night live jams since 2021.
Her long-term spiritual and yogic practice in different original lineages and wisdom schools with saints, sages and teachers in the East and West builds a solid background which she weaves playfully and wisely into guided journeys that do not cease to surprise in unfolding depth and connection.

FAQ's
When and where are the live jams taking place?
CME sessions are hosted every second Sunday night via Zoom, with participants' cameras turned off, for maximum comfort and privacy. The time is 9:15pm CET (CEST during summer months). Duration is about 45-60mins. Ticket holders receive a link.
Are there any nudity, self-touch or toys involved?
Creative Erotic Mystic is a format that encourages to explore beyond known ways of thinking and perception. We are seeking to enhance pleasure through cultivating a higher awareness for sensual experience, so with this heightened awareness arousal can happen through non-touch-based stimulation of the senses.
We are mostly travelling more inside the body than on the surface, so your toys can stay where they are.
Touch through consciousness. If you want to caress yourself, nobody will stop you.
Therefore, you are completely free in your choice of clothing. Nudity or partial undressing is absolutely welcome as it can increase sensual awareness and stimulate more of the body cells. You can also wear light, comfortable and sensual clothing. Whatever feels right is best for you, depending on your mood and the season.
Is this a meditation class?
Yes and no. Most people understand by meditation a state where they would leave their body behind. In CME we cultivate depe physical presence while expanding our consciousness. It requires great capacity to hold space for both your physical experience and your consciousness.
Can I bring my husband, partner or a friend?
This format is a closed space for women only. If you want to invite a female friend, an upfront personal talk with Regina is mandatory and your friend will need her own ticket subscription.
